Sometimes on my dash I see fitblrs telling others that they’re doing something wrong, that whatever they’re doing is not the fastest/best way to lose weight, burn fat, get slim thighs, earn the favor of Artemis, etcetera.   But the thing is, maybe for someone else, it is! And even if it’s not the fastest or the best, it still might be their favorite, so why mess with them for it? This is a lifestyle, not a race. Take a deep breath, and do what you want!
